Morgan Hunt is working with our client based in Brixton looking for a Customer Service & Office Manager. This role is based 4 days in the office based in Brixton and 1 day working from home.

Job Title- Customer Service & Office Manager

Rate- £23 per hour PAYE

Location- SW2 Brixton (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

Contract- At first 6 months with the hope to go permanent on a £35,500 a year salary

Responsibilities for Customer Service & Office Manager

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating a front office Customer Service
  • Responsible for the management of the Community Office, Maintenance Office and Community Centre.
  • To provide a wide range of office administration functions to support the staff team, ensuring that back of office functions run smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the Estate Director in reporting to and servicing the Board.

Ideal Candidate for Customer Service & Office Manager

  • Has experience using Northgate Systems
  • Experienced in Housing Management and Service Charge/ Rent
  • Knowledge of Finances within Housing
