Housing Complaints Manager


Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Housing Complaints Manager in Stevenage. This role is temporary contract until December 2022.

The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate relevant information and write responses to complex customer enquiries across the services to provide a consistent and easy to understand response to a potentially complex issue.


Responsibilities of a Housing Complaints Manager:

  • Support other services where complaints cross over into these areas such as Direct Services, Communities and Neighbourhoods, through the delivery of the co-operative neighbourhood model.
  • Write stage 1, 2 and 3 complaint responses.
  • Prepare Ombudsman and First Tier Tribunal responses with the customer Feedback team.
  • Use customer feedback to manage the analysis of information about the needs and preferences of customers.
  • To support colleagues in implementing appropriate standards and learning for customer service satisfaction.

Location: Stevenage

Salary: £16.05

Contract: Until December 2022

Working schedule: Hybrid
