We have a current opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Advisor based in Sevenoaks,Kent on a 10 Month FTC (Maternity cover, possibility to be extended to 12 Months). This is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office based in Sevenoaks,Kent. Please see further details below.

Job Title - Sales & Marketing Advisor

Contract - 10 Month FTC (possibly extended to 12 months)

Salary - £31,000 per year (Negotiable)

Location - Sevenoaks,Kent

Work Pattern - Hybrid with 2-3 days in the office

Responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Advisor

• To oversee, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for pipeline new build schemes working with marketing agencies and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the information published is correct.

• Ensure marketing and scheme related information and promotional material are kept up to date across all marketing platforms

• Maximise income by proactively administrating new build sales from marketing, initial enquiry to offer stage assessing eligibility and affordability of prospective purchasers.

Ideal candidate for the Sales & Marketing Advisor

• Experience in dealing with residential sales and producing quality marketing material

• Interpret and communicate lease obligations and sale enquiries to customers in a clear way

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure we produce accurate marketing material and comply with The Properties Misdescriptions Act 1991
