Morgan Hunt is working with a prestigious membership body based in London in search of a Resourcing Advisor to provide solid support to the Resourcing Manager with the delivery of end to end recruitment process.
Role: Resourcing Advisor
Organisation: Membership Body
Length of contract: 1 month initially but with a chance of extension
Hourly rate: £18.28 - £20.48 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: London and hybrid working (up to 2 days per week in the office)
Your role of Resourcing Advisor will include:
- Act as a first point of contact for all recruitment activity
- Provide a proactive and comprehensive people resourcing service to managers and staff working HR Advisers and HR Business Partners.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service including managing the recruitment inbox, responding to requests from candidates and prospective applicants, advertising jobs, sending interview invites, preparing and proofing offer letters and contracts of employment, undertaking pre-employment checks and audit processes.
- Manage and maintain the e-recruitment system.
- Collate feedback and work closely with the People Resourcing Manager to identify areas for improvement in relation to all resourcing initiatives and processes.
- Engage in departmental project work including providing feedback and developing toolkits to support the review, development and implementation of new and existing policies and processes.
- Undertake HR and resourcing projects including policy and process reviews as requested, to deliver continuous improvement and successfully implement best practice.
