3 month contract

£275/day PAYE

Summary

Morgan Hunt are working with a large Housing Association, currently looking for a talented Senior Compliance Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the contract delivery is carried out effectively and within budget, as well as managing a range of Gas and Water compliance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly updates on compliance for all areas of the business and monitor maintenance, compliance and services regimes.
• Manage external parties/contractors involved in the delivery of Asset Management delivery and contracts.
• Lead of implementing new processes regarding any new legislation in regards to landlord obligations.
• Ensure the delivery of programmes, projects or instruct work to be carried out in accordance with required standards and within agreed costs and timescales.
• Review quality assurance inspection reports to ensure that works have been undertaken to the required standard and in accordance with the contract specification.
• Ensure all equipment is well maintained and the team works together with the organisations clients in front line teams to achieve the best outcome for both the business and the customer.
• Line management of Asset Delivery Manager and Team Coordinator.

About you

• Technical knowledge, especially surrounding Gas and Water contracts.
• Experience of contract administration (JCT, NEC and TPC).
• Ability to check specifications, design drawings and cost works.
• Basic DBS required.
• Line management experience.
