Strategic Asset Manager
London
Up to £60,000 per annum
Summary
Morgan Hunt are working with a large housing association based in London who are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Asset Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work as part of the regeneration team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the housing association's assets, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on the development, management, and disposal of assets.
- Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead on the identification of new opportunities for investment, development, and regeneration.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that assets are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
- 1 direct report.
- Occasional travel to other parts of the UK.
About you
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area such as Business, Real Estate, or Asset Management.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the housing sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of working with and managing budgets.
- A strategic thinker who is able to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Drivers License and access to own car would be highly beneficial.
