Change Manager/ Transformation

Up to £45000.00 per annum

Job description

Are you a Change Manager/ Transformation, looking for a new exciting, flexible role, at a digital triage provider in the Healthcare sector, where you can make a positive difference?

You will be responsible for working as part of an energetic team to provide the support and expertise to deliver transformational changes to GP practices and wider afield. You will have an enthusiasm for healthcare development innovation and positive change.

You will be supporting implementation, onboarding, training and rolling out the organisation's products across the NHS primary care system. You will also contribute to service delivery improvements and internal process redesign.

London - Hybrid working

Role responsibilities-

  • Contribute to the overall development and implementation of the organisation's customer journey and overarching customer support function.
  • Engage with multiple levels of external stakeholders raise awareness of the organisation's products and services.
  • Build effective working relationships with customer facing teams together with other stakeholders to design new content, methods of delivery and overall support mechanisms.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to deliver up to date services and content.
  • Support multiple projects, demonstrating the skills and capability to implement the product across Primary Care.

To be successful as a Change Manager/ Transformation, you will have-

  • Good experience in Change management.
  • Implementation / Adoption experience along with new systems/ digital updates.
  • Adoption/ Transition experience.
  • Service design and process mapping skills- you need to have built service design.
  • The ability to build highly effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to managing and motivate multi-disciplinary teams during periods of significant change and in complex, environments.
  • Successfully implemented new services, processes or products (within Primary Care is desirable).
