Are you a Change Manager/ Transformation, looking for a new exciting, flexible role, at a digital triage provider in the Healthcare sector, where you can make a positive difference?
You will be responsible for working as part of an energetic team to provide the support and expertise to deliver transformational changes to GP practices and wider afield. You will have an enthusiasm for healthcare development innovation and positive change.
You will be supporting implementation, onboarding, training and rolling out the organisation's products across the NHS primary care system. You will also contribute to service delivery improvements and internal process redesign.
