Data Engineer

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Data Engineer on a permanent basis with a well established public sector organisation. The position will be based in either Glasgow, London or Cardiff.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop Azure Pipelines, these will include both data transformation and cleansing
• Re-engineer manual data flows to enable scaling an repeatable use
• Document source-to-target mappings
• Build datasets

Role Requirements

• History working with Azure Data Lakes and Data warehousing.
• Experience building and managing Pipelines
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in databases.
• Efficient in T-SQL and Python

Role Details

• Permanent
• Hybrid Working-must attend the office once a week
• Based in Glasgow, London or Cardiff
• London salary- £46,250-£60,000
• Glasgow and Cardiff salary- £43,650-£56,000
• Company offers the Civil Service Pension membership
