Digital Business Analyst

London (Hybrid working)

£400 - £450 Per Day

6 Months contract with possible extension

Client:

My client is a leading central government sector organisation who are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to come join their Digital Change & Transformation Project. Pushing for their technology development.

Your Role:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with both the customer, supplier, and stakeholders to understand, document and deliver change to meet the business' requirements. The role will work with business users to identify and support business transformation.

What you will need for this role:

Essential Criteria: -

• Thorough understanding of Business Analysis methodologies -
• Digital change Transformation experience
• Gap analysis, user stories, Documentation experience.
• Experience of working with stakeholders to elicit and prioritising Business Requirements and collaborate on solutions
• Experience of documenting 'current state' and 'future state' business processes and process mapping/flows
• Evidence of investigating operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements
• Ability to be factually accurate and comprehensive while communicating clearly and precisely in both written and oral communication
• Ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders when making decisions, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and consulted where appropriate
• Ability to creatively problem solve and make evidenced recommendations
• Ability to challenge and feedback constructively to managers
• Respects and values equality and diversity within the workplace
• Need to be SE cleared or willing to complete

Desirable:

• Previous central government experience

• Business Analyst Practitioners Qualification or equivalent OR working towards industry recognised BA qualification
