My client are a high profile government agency who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work in a small Programme Team, to initially to develop and deliver our Hybrid Working project. This role will be in partnership with both our People & Culture and Accommodation Programmes.
The People & Culture Strategy is a 5-year culture change programme and is a critical enabler of the Corporate Strategy. The three strategic objectives will deliver outcomes against Organisation & People, Leadership, and Culture and together, these outcomes will deliver sustainable and positive change for TPR and support the organisation in adapting and responding to the changing landscape of pension regulation. This is a complex and multi-layered programme of work, inevitably with a strong people and culture focus and orientation and would suit an individual with previous experience of delivering large-scale people and organisation projects.
