Transformation Lead

£55,000 - £65,000 Permanent



My client is a leading Healthcare organisation looking for a Transformation Change Manager to be responsible for leading a dynamic team to develop and optimise transformation services across primary care. You will be expected to contribute to the overall development and implementation of organisations strategy by leading on transformation in line with company OKRs and customer needs.

Your Role:

  • Lead the primary care transformation team, taking ownership of the performance of the team
  • Set and track quarterly strategic team objectives and report progress regularly
  • Manage the transformation team, provide regular coaching and ongoing feedback
  • Lead the roll out process of new products, features and upgrades within primary care
  • Lead the internal development and optimisation of customer facing processes and transformation services, working closely with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

What you need to be successful:

  • Primary Care Experience (i.e. operating with GP practices / PCNs / CCGs / ICB level)
  • Proven experience leading digital process transformation in the NHS
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact

  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering service development initiatives
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Evidence of successfully implementing new services, processes or products
  • Experience of planning and developing strategy
