We are looking for talented individuals with sector experience to join our Health Science, Social Care and Early Years team. Current practice in Nursing is particularly desirable to join our T-Level Health Science teaching team.
You should demonstrate a good understanding of Health Sciences, Social Care and Early Years through a history of teaching in the area and practical work experience in the field.
You should have or be working towards an appropriate training or teaching qualification (e.g., PTTLS or PGCE). A strong preference is indicated for qualified candidates, including NQTs. You will be committed to developing programmes that meet the requirements of the College's quality framework.
As the College supports a high number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, all staff will be subject to an 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check, along with a Children's Barred List check if in regulated activity. Any offers of appointment may be withdrawn if these checks prove to be unsatisfactory to the College. Self-disclosure will be required as part of the recruitment process. If you fail to make a full disclosure or provide sight of your DBS certificate, then your offer of employment is likely to be withdrawn.
