NW1, London with remote working

£51,000 per annum

Full Time

I have partnered with a Membership Body who are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be required to work in their London office for a minimum of two days per week, their offices are based in London.


Some of your duties and responsibilities as a Finance Business Partner will include:

  • You will be responsible for multiple directorates across both charitable and commercial activities providing financial and business analysis to assist the College to move to a continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Delivery of management reports and budgets and providing works that supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the budget managers in delivering forecasts and annual budgets, jointly ensuring that they are complete, deliverable and remain within the overall financial framework targets.
  • Assist with and improve organisational business case preparation and tailoring of resources to achieve optimal strategic effectiveness
  • Review and improve business processes across the organisation
  • Define and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver improved financial performance, including technical financial support
  • Improve the use of metrics across the organisation to enable delivery of strategic objectives
  • Implement and embed bench marking to assist with performance assessment


  • Have previous experience of working in a complex organisation and financial experience delivering strategy.
  • CCAB Qualified (essential)
  • Able to manage your own workload and prioritise
  • Previous experience within a Membership Body or within the Public Sector
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Able to build professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent IT knowledge including Microsoft packages
