Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with a prestigious education organisation who are recruiting for a HR/Recruitment Officer. The role is starting ASAP, 5 days in the office, paying £15 per hour PAYE in a fantastic team! As a HR/Recruitment Officer you will be based in the office in Clapham, London and will report into the HRBP. This is a temporary role initially but there will be potential for this to become permanent as they recruit for the HR/Recruitment Officer role imminently.

The HR/Recruitment Officer role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Posting adverts for vacancies
  • Liaising with managers to complete shortlisting
  • Arranging interviews, and occasionally sitting on panels
  • Sending out interview outcomes and feedback
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff
  • Compiling weekly recruitment update reports for management meetings
  • Working with rest of the HR team to ensure vetting / pre-employment checks are completed for new starters
  • Onboarding for new starters

The HR/Recruitment Officer role will need to have:

  • Experience using HR/recruitment databases or systems
  • Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care
  • Experience of working as a HR/Recruitment professional previously
  • Can do attitude and ability to go into the office
