Job description

Business Development Manager - London (On site)- Housing sector - OTE £40/50K - November start

*Please not you must have a UK driving license as occasional travel will be required*

Morgan Hunt are working with a fantastic housing sector client who are looking for an experienced Business development manager to lead the B2B sales with property owner clients.

Responsibilities include;

  • Structure meetings with prospective clients and update notes our internal CRM system accordingly
  • Nurture new business accounts as efficiently as possible to create and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Contribute to closing revenue in accordance with established KPIs
  • Send client emails and letter campaign
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to management of the account
  • Increase new stock and build rapport with prospective and current clients
  • Create and send proposals for new properties
  • Attend site visits with prospective and existing clients
  • Ensure clients are regularly updated and contacted on a weekly basis
