Due to our vision of growth we are recruiting for an experienced Medical Recruitment Consultant or Business Manager to join our overseas division.The individual will be required to develop business for Morgan Hunt's experienced overseas division, replicating the considerable success we have generated through our overseas social worker campaigns. Whereby recruitment campaigns are sourced by candidates from abroad to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a current knowledge of NHS Trusts and have the ability to access and win contracted campaign business from senior stakeholders within the NHS.

Base Salary between: £35,000-£60,000

Location: UK

The ideal candidate/ Key role responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding of recruiting medical staff for the NHS.
  • Business development within the NHS.
  • Be able to build a candidate pool and carry out the interview process.
  • Track record of influencing senior decision makers in the NHS.
  • Ability to articulate a project solution to different recruitment requirements.
  • Allocate time successfully to medium term requirements.
  • Work effectively with delivery teams to ensure the detail of a campaign in communicated and delivered against.
  • Most importantly, you must be sincere in your actions and look carefully dedicate yourself to providing the best outcome to both the client and the candidate.
