Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the largest disability charity in the UK, who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator for their in central London based office. They are offering the flexibility of working remotely as well as in the office 1-2 days a week. This HR Administrator role is being offered on a temp to perm basis, paying £13.75 per hour, with a working week of 36 hours. This is a full-time role and will be reporting to the HR Administration Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities for HR Administrator:

  • Being the first point of contact for the organisation's employees via telephone and email
  • Providing daily HR Administrative support
  • Dealing with low level ER queries as well as directing higher level queries to the HR Team leader
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, for example employment contracts or changes
  • Assisting in maintaining employee personal files and other HR records on the HR system (iTrent)
  • Providing DBS and administration for employee benefits

Experience and skills required for the HR Administrator:

  • Previous experience in working in a fast-pasted HR Administration environment
  • Experience in using main HR systems such as iTrent to input and record personal data.
  • Ability to uphold a high level of discretion when managing confidential information.
  • The ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communications and organisation skills with the ability to complete task in a professional and timely manner.
