HR Manager

Morgan Hunt are working with a central London based, growing Charity on a temporary HR Manager, immediate start! This is a hybrid role for up to 3 months initially paying £200 - £240 per day. This is an exciting role for someone looking to work with an amazing charity during a big period of growth looking to focus on specific projects and make recommendations for the organisation.

The HR Manager role, interviewing and starting ASAP, will be reporting into the Chief Exec and will be a mostly standalone role. The organisation currently has 200 - 250 staff members based in different sites across London, Surrey and Essex.

As a HR Manager you will be working on various different projects:

• Contract change project for staff
• Updating the employee handbook
• Generalist HR and ER duties
• Data collection for an outsourced payroll
• Implementing and assisting with on going projects within the organisation already

As a HR Manager in this role, it would ideal if you have:

• Experience of working within the Public Sector or more specifically a growing medium sized organiation
• Experience of working at a HR Manager/Consultant/BP level for an organisation
• Experience of working in a small team or standalone
• Experience of working on HR projects
• Ability to work from the office and from home in a hybrid model (or there is the option to work full time in the office)
• Own laptop for work - not essential but helpful for a quick turnaround
• Ability to start on a weeks' or less notice
