Recruitment Administrator - Legal Firm - London with hybrid working

This is a great role to develop your recruitment career with a leading legal firm.

You will be responsible for providing recruitment and onboarding support to the Partner Talent team. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Managing all administrative aspects of the firm's recruitment processes for Partner lateral hires including on boarding
  • Liaising with Partner recruitment agencies to ensure they are aware of all recruitment needs and that firm is front of mind
  • Working with agencies to receive feedback from interviews and relaying that to the relevant parties
  • Tracking the day-to-day recruitment activities so there is a current list of all roles and their status
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity on a regular basis to ensure stakeholders are up to date
  • Managing the on boarding of new Partners into the business including pre joiner meetings and induction


You should have experience of managing recruitment administrative processes and have a keen eye for detail. You will be eager to develop your recruitment skill set and ideally have an interest in the legal sector. Excellent communication skills are essential.
