Job description

Senior HR Advisor.

Morgan hunt are working with educational institution who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor for their office located In St. Paul's on a 3-month temporary basis with the potential of going permanent. This Senior HR advisor role is offering £140 per day plus holiday pay. This role is fully office based.

Key responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor:

  • To enforce all employment and recruitment policies and procedures in line with business Guidelines
  • To advise staff members and report to managers on staff matters, such as appraisal, sickness, and probation's.
  • To organise training courses (internal and external).
  • To monitor and advise on all HR queries for staff matters.
  • To update the HR database and administer HR duties.
  • To process all payroll changes for staff and school services.
  • To manage the recruitment process, preparing all new starter packs, posting, and drafting Adverts, and assisting with interviews.

Experience and skills required for the Senior HR Advisor:

  • Previous HR admin experience and employee relations.
  • The ability to work independently as well in a Team.
  • Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and organisation skills to complete task in a professional and timely manner.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships throughout all staff members and management.
  • Previous experience working in an education sector.
