Domestic Manager

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Domestic Manager on a contract basis for a NHS trust located in North London.

Role Summary:

The management and control of the Domestic service operation to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.

To provide leadership, role modelling and direction to the delivery teams within the Domestic services areas of the Trust.

To be accountable for excellent service delivery within the Domestic services team activities and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements are made

To ensure that services comply with CQC, national guidance and legislation including Trust policies.

To deliver a consistent level of service across site soft services, within the Trusts standards, to the specifications and agreed KPI performance, qualitative and financial targets.

Actively promote employee engagement using, staff surveys, staff drop-in sessions and team meetings

Comply with Trust and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
