Morgan Hunt required a Estates Cleaner for Housing Trust based in North London

Pay Rate: £10.55ph Ltd

Hours of work Mon to Fri 8am - 4pm

Location: North London

PURPOSE OF THE JOB ROLE

To be a mobile member of the Estates & Neighbourhood Services Team operating across all areas of the borough.

To carry out site inspections to report on health & safety, property conditions, identify repairs and other maintenance issues.

To carry out both intensive and general cleansing of communal internal and external estate areas, including graffiti removal, using, when required, specialist equipment such as pressure washers, steam cleaners, extension poles, etc.

To collect and transport belongings, goods, refuse and other items from communal areas, offices, stores, sheds, garages, voids, and residential properties for storage, use or disposal.
