Morgan Hunt currently require a Estates Maintenance Building Coordinator for NHS based in Middlesex

Pay Rate: £20ph to 22ph Ltd

Hours: 37.5 hrs Mon to Fri

Location: Middlesex

Duration 6 months on going contract

Duties

This post would be suitable for an experienced individual with a strong multi-skilled background in mechanical and electrical trades as well as some experience in the carpentry trade. This post is also for a highly driven and enthusiastic individual who has the desire to progress his professional career within the NHS and Estates Maintenance Team. Good attitude, punctuality, organisational and listening skills are a key part of this role as well as the ability to work as a team player within a large team. This post also requires the post holder to have a full UK driving license as he/she will be required commute between sites on a daily basis using the Trust's vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the response time and completion time for reactive work orders are met from tradesmen opening (starting) and closing (completing) jobs on their PDAs.
• Ensure that the Trust's performance target of 80% for Estates Maintenance is met in respect to the time frame (priority) allocated to each reactive work order.

This is a 6 month agency contract with the option of an extension or opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
