Job description
Morgan Hunt is currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work at a College based around Essex.
Your duties are but not limited to:
- Carry out building repairs and maintenance.
- Change light bulbs/tubes as necessary.
- Clean light fittings when required.
- Undertake painting, decorating, plumbing and carpentry tasks as required.
- Liaise and assist in the maintenance of buildings and estate.
If you do not have a current DBS then you must be willing to get an Enhanced for this role
Interview date: ASAP
Start date: ASAP
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Days per week: Mon - Fri
Pay rate: £10.29PH PAYE holiday pay = £11.53PH PAYE
