Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. To carry out planned and unplanned, (reactive), maintenance work to include, but not limited to: * Painting and decorating. * Gutter clearing and maintenance. * Light bulb replacement/re-lamping. * Maintenance of toilet areas. * Legionella management - monthly temperature checking and recording. * Fire alarm weekly alarm bell tests. * Door maintenance including lock changing. * Basic Electrical work. * Basic Carpentry.
Duration - 3 months
Enhanced DBS check required
£15 to £16 PH PAYE
Monday to Friday (Full time)
