Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Mobile Multi trader on a permanent basis. The position will be based in North London.
Duties:
* Painting and decorating.
* Gutter clearing and maintenance.
* Light bulb replacement/re-lamping.
* Basic plumbing
* Fire alarm weekly alarm bell tests.
* Door maintenance including lock changing.
* Basic Electrical work.
* Basic Carpentry
Mobile Multi trader
Drivers licence required
Areas to be covered - North London and surrounding areas
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
£40,000 PA
