Night Shift Team Leader (M&E)

Shifts: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 7pm - 7am

As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be expected to lead the night shift operation in place on the site. To deliver a best-in-class service to ensure all reactive, ppm and porterage requirements are completed each night in preparation for the reopening of the site the next day.

You will deliver a level of General Building Maintenance, including Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric, as part of a small multi-disciplinary building Service's Team and will be part of the on-call response team. You will need to hold a strong background in supervising/managing teams of up to 6 engineers or more who is able to co-ordinate and deliver key night time activities

Qualifications and skill sets, you will need to have an Electrical & Mechanical background having worked on a large scale corporate estate.

Desired Qualifications:

NVQ level 3 and higher in an M&E qualification

NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance - Mechanical.

City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 OR NVQ 2356 / 2357 OR City and Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR AM1 and AM2

City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2008)

City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Inspection & Testing (2394/5)
