Property Operations Manager

Summary
Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a talented Property Operations Manager on a full time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of around 400 properties across South London and the day to day operation of the Property Services department.
Responsibilities
- Line management of a small team, comprising of Property Administrators, Repairs Officers and Property Invoice Clerk.
- Develop and enhance the variety of the systems, databases and processes working collaboratively within the Property Services department and wider business.
- Work closely with the Director of Property Services, Head of Data and Process Administration and report on data.
- Oversee the processes required for finance, managing complaints, audit, contract management and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Produce reports on KPIs, audit related matters, and property and financial data.
- Conduct annual appraisals for team members and hold regular supervision meetings to review progress against targets and objectives.
- Support the Director of Property in managing and completing specific projects as required.
About you
- Experience working in a property or facilities environment, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team and work environment.
- Experience in data management, compliance, accounts and support services.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
