Job: Multi Skilled - Handyman
Salary: up to £25k
Contract: Permanent
Location: North London
We are recruiting a handyman with a electrical or plumbing background based in North London with another site based in South West London. If you have plumbing and/or electrical knowledge then this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking both reactive and planned maintenance on both of our sites under the guide of the Maintenance Manager. (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc)
- To responsibly work within the guidelines of both Health and Safety and internal policies and procedures, completing relevant paperwork to ensure this.
- Acting in the role of Fire Marshall after in-house training.
- To conduct periodic checks of various systems such as generators, water temperature, and alarm systems.
Fixed hours, Call out and emergency on overtime.
