Regeneration Manager


Up to £64,000 per annum



Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, who are currently looking for a dedicated Regeneration Manager to join their development team on a full time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the commercial management and delivery of large-scale regeneration projects, applying a robust, delivery focused leadership approach.


  • To be able to manage regeneration projects at different stages - design, planning, on site (understanding RIBA stages 0-7).
  • Utilise a broad range of development management, commercial, financial, technical and construction skills to review and assess options for maintaining momentum on regeneration delivery and influence the progression and direction of regeneration projects.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, Local Authorities and Regeneration Partners (consultants, contractors, developers) to ensure that Regeneration Projects Team retains a positive and professional role in the delivery of regeneration schemes with a culture that values colleagues and residents.
  • Deliver effective consultation and engagement with residents and stakeholders for regeneration projects.
  • Apply a rigorous financial management and business planning approach to project management ensuring strict cost and time management against budgets.

About you

  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Governance, Compliance and Regulatory frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of financial systems and processes and ability to process and administer variations.
  • Degree, equivalent qualification or evidence work based experience and skills
  • Membership of relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB, RTPI, CIH, CMI, APM (desirable)
  • Experience of estate regeneration and understanding of the wider aspects of asset management.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders, including consultants, developers, Local Authorities, GLA / HE.
  • Experience of leading and working with multi-disciplinary team across a range of regeneration, development and property related functions.
  • Procurement of developers, contractors, consultants to deliver projects operating under varied contractual models (Design & Build, Partnerships, Joint Ventures)
  • Development programme project management and associated understanding of risk management frameworks
