Morgan Hunt are working with a national mental health charity on their search for a Community Support Worker for a temporary placement based around a number of London Boroughs.
Supporting people going through the criminal justice system, you will provide support to a number of clients including individuals with substance misuse issues and dual diagnosis.
Helping provide information as well as emotional support, you will help a case load of clients reintegrate into society. Supporting people to attend their appointments, providing housing benefit advice and much more, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years experience in the mental health sector.
You must have experience working with clients with dual diagnosis and have fantastic knowledge of risk and risk management.
You are likely to work in a number of different boroughs including: Bexley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Richmond, Southwark, Sutton and Wandsworth.
There is lots of personal development available in this role and perfect for someone with prior mental health experience to work for one of the UK's oldest charities.
The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 and for a minimum of two months.
