Community Support Worker

Job description

I am currently looking for a Community Support Worker to work for one of my clients within the community in the Finsbury park area. The role is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm. Within the role you will be key working up to 30 clients who have a experienced Homelessness, Mental Health and Substance Misuse.

Duties of the role

• Completing Needs and Risk Assessments
• Helping move service users from temporary accommodation into more stable accommodation
• Completing referrals for specialists' services such as drug treatment or Mental Health services
• Helping clients have access to primary healthcare services
• Advising clients around Education, training or employment

For this position it is essential you have a passion for the Social Care sector and you are keen to learn on the job!
