Job description
I am currently looking for a Floating Support Worker to join one of our charities based in Lambeth. The Floating Support Worker role will be Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Responsibilities within the Floating Support Worker role:
- Hold a caseload of around 20 clients carrying out key working sessions
- Providing Housing advice to clients around their tenancies
- Completing Needs & Risk assessments
- Helping clients around work, education and employment
- Deal with any relevant safeguarding concerns
For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or one that is on the update service.
