Job description
I am currently looking for a Housing Advice Worker to work with one of our charities based in Tower Hamlets. Within the role you will be expected to work Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Responsibilities within the Housing Advice Worker position:
- Hold of case load and conduct key working sessions resulting in Support plans
- Provide high quality assessments on clients support needs within Housing, employment and financial needs
- Work with users on brief intervention basis to help them obtain accommodation
- Liaise with external and internal support agencies to maximise client support services
- Helping service users around Work, education and employment
For this Housing Advice Worker position you will need an Enhanced DBS within the last year or one that is on the update service.
