Housing Support Worker
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Housing Support Worker to join a leading homelessness Charity based in Sutton. The successful candidate will provide support to vulnerable adults across multiple hub and satellite supported housing projects across the London Borough of Sutton.
The Housing Support Worker's responsibilities include:
- Managing the referrals process
- Responding to a range of issues from clients
- Providing practical and personal support to clients
- Working as part of a team
