Lead Outreach Worker

Job description

I am currently looking for a Lead Outreach Worker to join one of our charities based in East London. Within the Lead Outreach Worker role the core hours will be 7.00am - 3.00pm but a little bit of flexibility will be required due to the clients. The role is also Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities within the Lead Outreach Worker role:

• Planning and organising the street Outreach shifts for the team based on the referrals
• Pushing referrals to relevant support services via Redbridge pathways
• Dealing with referrals within the 48 hour period time frame
• Ensuring the necessary assessments are conducted for the rough sleepers

Note: Within this role there will be lone working within urban areas, alleyways, parks and Car parks so you would need to fill comfortable doing so.
