Morgan Hunt are currently working with a leading Advocacy charity on the search for a permanent full-time Personal Health Budget Advisor.

Personal Health Budgets are a way of personalising care based around what matters to people, their individual strengths and their needs. They give individuals choice, control and flexibility over their health care. It is wonderful service which is growing rapidly within the charity sector.

Your role as a PHB Advisor will be to support clinicians to have personalised conversations with those they are working with and plan budgets around what will help them to be well and stay well. It is a primarily desk-based role liaising with various people so we are after someone who loves to talk and is passionate about providing support to those struggling with their mental health.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include processing referrals, offering guidance and support to clinicians and delivering training to clinicians about PHBs.

You don't have to have worked in a role like this before but we need someone with a good knowledge and understanding of personalised care and the impact that it has on health and well-being. You should be a confident person who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and you should have great IT skills with an ability to work as part of a team and prioritise your workload.

The role is hybrid splitting your time between East London and home. The role is 35 hours a week.
