Job description
I am currently looking for a Sheltered Scheme Manager to cover three small schemes in Lambeth for one of our Housing Associations. Travel is expensed for the role and you would be expected to work between 9.00am - 5.00pm. For this position you will also need to be a car driver.
Responsibilities within the Sheltered Scheme Manager position:
- Conducting Fire alarm checks
- Dealing with Health & Safety across the sites
- Ensuring all relevant procedures are followed within the schemes
- Acting as a link between the residents and housing team
For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or a basic DBS within the last month.
