Support Worker

Job description

I am currently looking for a Support Worker to work with a well-known charity within the Camden area. The service is Complex Needs so previous experience working with Homelessness, Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol is essential.

The role is 37.5 hours per week and is on a rota so you will be expected to be available Monday - Sunday. The two shifts are 8.00am - 4.00pm and 2.30pm - 10.30pm.

Duties:

• Key working a case load of clients resulting in Support Plans
• Completing Needs & Risk Assessments
• Helping promote independence to the service users
• Monitor and reviewing service users support plans
• Undertaking activities with clients such as accessing benefits & help with budgets
