Job description
I am currently looking for a Young Persons Support Worker to join with one of our clients based in Witham. The role is working within a 25 unit support service housing Young People 16 - 24
The role is based in Witham and you will be working alongside 4 other Support Workers within the service.
Duties:
- Key working a case load of Young people
- Helping them around Work, Education and Employment
- Ensuring the service is kept to a good standard
- Working closely with management on ways to improve the service
Some sleep-ins will be required within the position and you will receive and additional £78.00 on top of your basic rate.
