Team Manager

Job description

I am currently looking for a Team Manager to work with one of our Mental Health charities based in Elephant & Castle. The role is 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You will be expected to manager 6 Community Support Workers who travel across West London and East London (However you would not need to travel to these locations)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating support and visits for the Community Support Workers
• Dealing with referrals and supporting staff to structure their week
• Work alongside the Service Manager to ensure the Service contract is met
• Working with Stakeholders and partners to utilise relationships
• Ensure the service is compliant with internal and external quality and compliance
• Providing 1 - 1 sessions with your Community Support Workers
