Job description
I am currently looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join one of our charities based in North London. The role will be a Hybrid position once you have settled in and have your client list. Within the position you will be expected to work Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Responsibilities within the Recovery Coordinator position:
- Key work sessions and support plans
- Completing Needs & Risk assessments
- Supporting clients around work, education and employment
- Ensuring clients are achieving ETE out comes within 12 weeks
- Providing guidance around Benefits, Housing, Offending and Health and well-being
For this position you will need an Enhanced DBS Adults & Children's within the last year or one that is on the update service.
