Job description
I am currently looking for a Young Persons Support Worker to work with one of our charities based in South London. The role is on a 7 day rolling rota and the shifts will be a mixture of 8.00am - 3.00pm and 12.30 - 8.30pm.
Job details
- Key working 2 - 4 Young People aged 16 - 24
- Support Plans & Risk Assessments
- Exploring different pathways of independence for the Young Person
- Ensuring there is not any anti-social behaviour within the service
If you have had voluntary work within a Youth Centre or any other setting this could be the opportunity for you.
Please note for this role you will need an Enhanced DBS which has both Childrens & Adults check.
