Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Kings cross
Rota: 3 days across Monday - Sunday
Hours: 8am to 8:30pm
We are looking for someone who has a good level of knowledge around substance use/mental health, Psychologically informed environments.
To be a successful Support Worker, You must be:
- Able to work a case load of 5 - 8 clients
- Able to complete comprehensive risk and needs assessments
- Able to identify care pathways and treatment options.
- Assist residents to acquire budgeting skills, and set up basic / savings accounts
To apply, you must:
- Have experience working with Complex needs including, Mental Health, Substance misuse, Trauma with an understanding of how it may impact the client in need.
- Have the ability to maintain motivation and engagement through structured activities such as group work to service users.
- Have experience delivering Support Plans, personalised assessments, Advocacy.
- Have experience creating a multi-agency care plan
