Business Analyst (CRM - MS Dynamics)

Client

My client is a leading regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises. They are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to come in and join their small, agile team in supporting the identification, development and implementation of changes to business systems and processes.

Your Role -

• Responsible for management of projects, including tracking and reporting progress, identification of resources and skills required, monitoring budget, implementation of proportionate project controls and making recommendations regarding changes to specification, budget and schedules.
• Work with colleagues to help scope work, prioritise deliverables, identify dependencies and ensure that any risks and issues relating to programme and project delivery are identified and recommend action to lessen these risks, escalating any issues to key stakeholders.
• Use experience and business process/re-engineering skills to work with managers, business leads and other stakeholders to document and evaluate business processes, systems and workflows, providing advice and constructive challenge to identify potential improvements and efficiencies, and to help drive forward the implementation of improvement plans.
• Support an increased organisational capability to measure the impact and benefits of business change, using relevant data in a curious, confident and capable way.

What you need to be successful -

• Demonstrative experience in managing projects to time, cost and quality
• Project management course certified e.g. Prince2, Agile etc. As well as experiencing in applying and adapting these methodologies, processes and practices
• CRM experience (MS Dynamics).
• Ability to produce business and functional requirements, ideally including the production and support of test plans.
• Able to prioritise tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach to work, whilst paying close attention to detail.
