Job description

Morgan Hunt have an opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join one of our clients in Berkshire on a permanent basis to maintain and develop digital platforms and ensure any digital projects are delivered at the expected standard. This is a full time role 37 hours per week with 2/3 days per week based in the office.

The role

  • As a Digital Analyst you will be required to assist departments / users in the implementation, installation, training of new modules within current systems and new systems while ensuring documentation is prepared and maintained.
  • Ensure online systems are supported and maintained, and that requests are completed, and enhancements are properly authorised.
  • Responsible for planning, organising, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the applications development of the organisation's web services
  • Ensuring that data & systems are available to be used online for resident self-service tools.
  • Attend software supplier's user group conferences to gain updates for personal development and to
  • Respond to individual user requests for support and assistance on the organisation's digital platform
  • Ensure that all necessary administrative functions are carried out and to adhere to all procedures

Key Skills

  • As a Digital Analyst you will be confident in providing training on IT Systems
  • Confident in making changes to IT system processes
  • Be able to work with stakeholders at all levels and varying IT Literacy
  • Experienced in working to project deadlines and managing a busy workload
