My Client:
My client is a is a leading welfare charity who are looking for a Enterprise Architecture to join their organisation. You must proactively help and guide business & technology stakeholders and product delivery teams through the ongoing digital transformation and optimization initiatives.
You will support the formulation of business strategy, outcomes and capabilities. As the Enterprise Architecture scope includes helping the organisation achieve targeted business outcomes - for example by improving the growing revenue, optimising costs, mitigating risks and improving sustainability..
Your Role
- Align IT architecture strategy and planning with the charity's business strategy in order that the technology landscape can enable the charity to achieve its objectives.
- Build strategic roadmaps and business capability models for all strategic IT services. Socialise the roadmaps & models and tell stories to visualise the future state to promote understanding and obtain feedback
- Partner with charity and technology subject-matter experts and external/internal solution architects to elicit and translate business requirements into sustainable technological solutions.
- Lead the analysis of market trends and technology innovations to determine their potential impact on business strategy, direction, and architecture. Scan emerging technologies and the business ecosystem for major disruptive technology and non-technology trends that have the potential to affect Organisation. Provide practical advice and best practices to take advantage of new, or emerging, opportunities and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes.
- Provides consultative advice, adapted to stakeholder context, to business leaders and organizational stakeholders who seek actionable recommendations to make investment decisions
- Act as a key stakeholder in the identification of architecture risks and the design and introduction of appropriate controls and mitigation
- Lead and Manage technical IT governance across the org via the Technical Governance Forum
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previously worked as a solutions Architecture with end to end solution experience.
- Architecture Strategy and planning in order that the technology landscape can enable the charity to achieve its objectives (Road Mapping)
- Technology subject-matter experts in external/internal solution architects to elicit and translate business requirements into sustainable technological solutions.
- Documenting the process using multiple architectural models
- Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models
- Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency
- First-hand experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework
- Implementing shared infrastructure to optimise information management systems
- Technical Governance via the Technical Governance Forum
- Salesforce
