Client:
My client is a leading Charity based in Central London. They are looking for a Service Desk Manager to come an join their IT Team and lead the Service Desk Department which consists of 3 IT Support Analyst and one Senior Analyst.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for all the operational aspects of IT including service desk, desktop support, network, telecommunications and server infrastructure; the development, implementation, integration and support of applications; and delivering IT projects and change. You will be managing the IT Service Desk which provides front line Incident and Request Management across all IT services. Your team will be responsible for ensuring that all incidents and service requests are handled effectively across all channels within agreed Service Levels to deliver customer satisfaction. You as the Service Desk Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy, standards and procedures within which the Service Desk and other related Service Desks will operate.
