Senior Digital Product Officer, London

Permanent. Hybrid working (Office 2 times/week)

£38,000- £39,000 Plus excellent Benefits.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product officer to manage products handed over from Transformation projects in future, ensuring this established charity continuously improve the experience they offer their audience and achieve their organisational objectives.

This is a newly created role which was formed as part of their Digital Transformation- which will give you the chance to manage specific products- CRM and L&D.

You will be ensuring a smooth handover for their CRM and new learning and development (L&D) platform from Transformation.

The organisation

An established charity based in the City of London. They are in the process of transforming, so it can meet the challenges of the future by putting their clients and users at the heart of their organisation. You will be the fourth person joining the Team- where you will be managing the volunteer platforms- owning the specific products stated above.

Detailed role duties include;

  • Leading on the delivery and review of their existing product visions and roadmaps, articulating key features in line with their Digital and Technology Strategy.
  • Supporting the Digital Product Manager on the management of the L&D platform, development budget alongside the business owner.
  • You will be managing and delivering the L&D backlog, working closely with the supplier, business owner and users.
  • You will be managing the GO backlog, working closely with IT Technical Lead (who manages in-house development team), business owner and users.

The ideal candidate;

-2/3 years of experience of Project Management & Digital Products
-Experience of reporting on value and communication- stakeholder management
-Best practice in user experience and accessibility
-Experience of Google Analytics and Data Studio.

Desirable-

  • Google Search Console and Tag Manager experience.
  • Having worked in the charity sector.
