Transformation Change Manager

£45,000-£50,000 - 1 Year FTC



My client is a leading Healthcare organisation looking for a Transformation Change Manager to be responsible for working as part of the Implementation team to provide the support and expertise to deliver transformational changes to outpatient and emergency care departments.

Your Role:

  • Contribute to the overall development and implementation of the organisations customer journey in Secondary Care
  • Engage with multiple levels of external stakeholders to implement the organisations products and services
  • Build effective working relationships to ensure that customers are able to realise the benefits of adopting the organisations products in Secondary Care
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to deliver up to date services and content in line with secondary care guidance and contracts
  • Support multiple projects, demonstrating project management and stakeholder engagement skills and capability

What you need to be successful:

  • An understanding of NHS policies and processes and the challenges facing the National and Local Health Economy
  • The ability to work with data to demonstrate improvements is services
  • An understanding of benefits and benefits realisation
  • Able to develop and deliver compelling presentations to motivate and support customers and commercial teams
  • The ability to manage projects across the project lifespan
  • Demonstrate project management best practice
  • Emotional intelligence and sound judgement to work with customers to implement changes to services and processes
